What does growing older mean to you?
Sadly, for too many women it means loss. Loss of youth, loss of purpose, perhaps loss of a loved one. Maybe life in general has not turned out how you had expected. Loss, and ageing, are constants across life – no matter the generation, race, or culture we hold. While often it may feel like these experiences pit us against each other, they are, at their core, unifying themes of being human.
I have created Ageing Gratefully to assist you to courageously face your disappointments and trials and learn how to use them to flourish in a new season.

age is NOW
As Christine Caine has so aptly written,
“Let’s make it our aim to cultivate gratitude on the daily. If we water seeds of thankfulness in our hearts, its fruit will likely grow to overtake our discontent. The world tells us to focus on what we do not have, who we are not, and where we have not yet arrived; but I have found that if we are simply grateful for all we do have… all of the “are nots” in our lives fade into insignificance.”
